Contacting the boutique during business hours is the best way to reach us for questions about products. Please do not use social media or dms in regards to business inquires.

•How do I find out what you have in stock?
All items are available on the website https://iloveposhcollection.com. Whatever products are available on the website are also available in store.
•How does ‘local pick-up’ work?
If you are near our Posh Collection boutique, you can select ‘local pick up’ for no additional shipping charges. An email or text will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick up. Pick-ups are available during business hours.
•Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promotions?
Please be sure to place all items in your cart, and the system will automatically discount the free item. Only items that appear on your order form will be sent out. If an item is buy two get one free, please place all three items in your cart, and the system will discount the free item.
•What are your business hours?
Current business hours are located on the website as well as Google. We recommend checking the updated hours prior to arriving to the boutique in the event that they have changed.
Online shopping is available 24/7.
• How often do you restock out-of-stock items?
We receive shipments weekly. If you do not see the item that you are looking for, tap ‘NOTIFY’ on the website next to the item. You will receive notification once the item restocks.
•Does my package require a signature to deliver?
Most packages require a signature. Please be sure you or someone in the home is available when your package arrives. If you miss your delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to reschedule a new delivery date.
•Do you ship internationally?
We ship in most countries, however, in order to find out if we ship in your area, please enter your address in the checkout section and the system will decline or except your address.
•When will my package ship?
Stock items ship same or next business day between Tuesday - Saturday. We are closed Sunday, Monday & holidays. No orders are shipped on days we are closed.
Pre-order items are shipped once we receive them.
•How long will my order take to arrive once it has been shipped?
Once orders have left the Posh Collection facility, the time of arrival is determined by the carrier service you selected. Standard shipping usually takes about 2 to 3 business days. However, if there are delays with your carrier, delivery times can vary. Please follow your tracking number for up-to-date information on arrival.
•Do you offer next-day shipping?
Next day shipping is available on business days Tuesday - Friday. Next day orders must be purchased before 12PM est in order to ship out the same day. Most carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, so Next Day orders purchased on Friday, may not arrive until Monday. Next day orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
•How do I track my package?
Tracking information is emailed when your shipping label is purchased. In order to receive updates on your order, please be sure to provide an active email address.
•I missed my package delivery, how do I retrieve it?
Please have your tracking information available and contact your local postal service, they may have your package available for pick up. They may also attempt to deliver it the next business day.
•My tracking number says my package arrived, but I don’t have it. What do I do?
Please be sure to check your mailbox, garage door, front & side door. Also ask anyone in the home if they received the package and placed it somewhere in the home. Contact the carrier directly for information on the package. If you are still having issues locating the package, feel free to contact us at 440.995.5000, so we can assist at locating the package.
