•Who do I contact if I have questions regarding products, orders or services?

Emailing or calling the boutique is the best way to reach us. We ask that guests please do not use social media or dms in regards to business inquires.

• What is your return policy?

Please review our exchange and return policy section located in the menu of the website for up-to-date details on exchanges/returns.

 

•Do you ship internationally?

We ship in most countries, however, in order to find out if we ship in your area, please put your address in the checkout section and the system will decline or except your address.

 

•When will my package ship?

Shipping details are provided in the description section of each item. Stock items ship same or next business day.

 

•How long will my order take to arrive once it has been shipped?

Once orders have left the Posh collection facility, the time of arrival is determined by the Postal Service selected. Domestic packages usually take 1 to 3 days to arrive, international packages take longer. Please follow your tracking number for up-to-date information on arrival.

 

•Do you offer next-day shipping?

Next day shipping is available for most areas. Next day orders must be purchased before 1PM in order to ship out the same day. Next day orders are more expensive on Friday and Saturday, so if the shipping amount purchased on the order is less than the amount required to ship, we will send you an invoice for the remainder of the shipping balance, prior to shipping your order.

 

•How do I track my package?

Tracking information is emailed when your shipping label is purchased. In order to receive updates on your order, please be sure to provide an email address.

 

I missed my package delivery, how do I retrieve it?

Please contact your local postal service, they may have your package available for pick up. They may also attempt to deliver it the next business day.

 

How often do you restock out-of-stock items?

We receive shipments on wigs and bundles weekly. If you do not see the item that you are looking for, we suggest you check the website occasionally in the event that your item has been restocked. Current apparel items are typically not restocked, but we do receive new items in weekly.

 

How do I order a custom unit?

All custom order inquiries must be sent through the Posh Collection email. Please note that most customized units start at a rate of $750 and require 7 to 10 business days to complete.
